Lobby

The hotel’s lobby will be classical, baroque style as to the previous Hotel Particulier. The large double-height space with an over-looking gallery will be restored as to its original grandeur, and complemented with the sophisticated contemporary look of the brand.

Food and beverage

A restaurant in the Winter-garden on the main floor will be accessible to public and with a “bistronomique” Menu, much in demand in Paris, with about 100 seats and a contemporary design will further emphasize the life style feature of the hotel. A fine-dining restaurant (*) on the first floor next to the Lobby, accessible for Guests only or on reservation for some (VIP) customers. With a more Asian fusion or Japanese food menu and a famous chef will be a core attraction of the hotel. About 40-50 seats. Next to the fine-dining restaurant we have a bar with about 30 club chair seating, will offer guest classic cocktails and fine wines. The bar will operate throughout the day offering guest a selection of beverages and light meals. A roof-top restaurant for breakfast and light meals with an unbelievable view on the Eiffel Tower will only be available for Guest and VIP card members. This open terrace will be covered in glass in winter and bad weather. It will also function after dinner as cigar-bar and fine cognacs. Chair seating for about 75 persons. Guest rooms The Hotel will only have Suites. The suites range on average between 32 and 110m2. All suites will have bathrooms with shower and bathroom, dressing area, flat screen HDTV, salon and all possible Wi-fi and HT, including a specially programmed IPod – I pad application.

A valet car parking will be available to hotel and restaurant guests.

SPA & Fitness center

The hotel will also feature a 300m2 Spa and fitness center with a small swimming pool. The Spa & fitness center on level -1 will be fully equipped with cardiovascular equipment and free weights. Business center A small business center with secretarial service will be available.
